It's Christmas!

Yesterday we had our first big snow!  Now the roads are icy and it's chil-ly but still pretty and fun.  I've just watched the sky go from bright blue and sunny to completely overcast in about 5 minutes.  It's officially Christmas!  So of course, here are some pictures of our Christmas tree.

Ok, so this isn't the greatest picture, but you get the idea.  Matt's Grandpa got this tree for us which was really nice.  We had to cut off a few branches at the bottom so it would fit, but it's still good lookin'.

The picture above is a pinecone.  Still attached to our very own Christmas tree!  I don't think I've ever seen that before.  Ok, I probably have but not on my Christmas tree.  Hehe.

This is the angel on our tree.  Yes, it's Jen's angel from our ornament exchange a few years ago.  It's pretty cute sitting up there.  And I think I still have everyone's ornaments too!

This is my pretty lady ornament.  I'm excited I can actually use it now.  I told Matt that he's going to have to put up with a lot of pretty lady paraphenalia.  Haha.

Remember those branches I said we had to cut off our tree?  Well, I salvaged some and made wreath.  We don't have anywhere to hang it yet that's why it's hanging on a drawer pull.  Hehe.  It was pretty fun to make and I didn't know there were so many little do-dads to be found at the craft store!
