Here are the long awaited pictures from the honeymoon! Hooray! We had a lot of fun and it was fun to be in California again. We went first to San Diego for a few days then up to LA for a few days and then we drove up to Ridgecrest for a night. I'm glad I don't live there anymore. But it was nice and toasty warm even at 9 at night and Matt said he can see why I'm always cold up here. While we were in LA we went to the Getty Museum and I have several pictures there but I think I'll save them for another installment later. So enjoy!

This may possibly have been Matt's favorite part of the honeymoon. We were at Disneyland in Tomorrowland and they had this little show. The guy on the stage is Mace Windu and he's teaching his padowans (or something) how to fight with their light sabers. After a few minutes the Empire music came on and Darth Vader came from under the stage! He tried to make the students join the dark side but they said no and had to fight him. This is where all the kids got in a line and battled with Darth Vader one on one. He would say different things from the movie like "the force is strong with this one" or something. It was fun and then they vanquished him and chased away his storm troopers! It was cute, the only thing that would have made it better for Matt is if they would have let him fight Darth Vader too. Haha.

OK, so I look really tired/bored in a lot of my pictures. Don't be alarmed I actually did have a good time, I think it's just my picture face. Haha. So this is at the California Pizza Kitchen in Arcadia. They had some really good pizzas; I had The Greek with avocaods and feta cheese. Yum. And oddly enough I saw people that I knew in high school! That was weird. I didn't say hi to them because I didn't know them that well and I'm shy, hehe.

This was on one side of the hotel we stayed at in San Diego. I loved looking at all the fun houses and plants growing on the side of the hill. They had fun narrow streets going up from the main road with cool houses and it was green and tropical looking!

I liked this hat and if I wore hats regularly I may have bought it. But I don't. They actually had a few others that were way cute, they reminded me of some of those snug little hats from the 20s with flowers on the side.

This is in San Diego at Seaport Village in that fun hat shop. We had fun trying on the hats. He bought one that will probably be in later pictures. It's not this one.

OK, this isn't California. We stayed in Las Vegas the first night and this was the hotel. It was way nice actually and pretty cheap. They had Bath and Body Works soap and shampoo and stuff. Yes! And a phone by the toilet. You can't deny it's classy now!
