A few weeks ago Matt and I had a couple friends over for dinner and a game. Well somehow we got on the subject of Matt's hair and what it would look like straightened. Of course once we had the idea we had to go try it out right then. So let me remind you what his hair is like usually:
And post-straightening! Hahaha! We were cracking up for a long time. Again, how did I never think of this before? Matt's hair is so thick it took about an hour to get through it all. Not to mention it's so stubbornly curled that we had to go over certain parts like five times to get it straight. Kathryn (the friend) would straighten it while I held back all the rest of the hair that would just pop up. I think he had so many cowlicks that a lot of the hair didn't even lay flat after we took the straightener to it.
These last two pictures were taken the next day. Can you see it?! The little stinkers are curling again! And he was concerned it would be permanent....It was hilarious though. I think he was a little surprised by the length and quantity of hair when he looked in the mirror. He was a good sport about it all but was also glad when we were through prodding, pulling, spraying, yanking, smoothing etc. Haha! Enjoy everyone! I don't think you'll ever see this again!
